Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Saint Raphael Valescure" 2700 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 25 km. Golf course (18 hole) 7 km. Nearby attractions: Gorges du Verdon, Golf Les Terres Blanches. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix, Lac de Saint Cassien. Hiking paths: Les Adrets de l'Esterel, Gorges du Blavet, Gorges du Verdon. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
