In a hamlet 1 km from the centre of Pleumeur-Bodou, 4 km from the centre of Trégastel, 8 km from the centre of Lannion, in the residential district, 4.5 km from the sea. Private: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Trégastel" 4.5 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 1 km, indoor tennis centre 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Plage de Perros-Guirec 4.5 km, Ile Grande 4.5 km. Please note: main road 10 m from the property.
"Gueradur", 5-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with veranda with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with TV. Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Parquet floors. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Wunderschöner Urlaub verbracht

Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und gepflegt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten in den letzten 10 Jahren keine so guten Matratzen wie in diesem Haus. Der Wintergarten ist ein klares Plus. Das Grundstück ist riesig und sehr schön angelegt und Hundesicher. Die Vermieterin ist ein überaus freundlicher Mensch, der darauf bedacht ist, dass man einen schönen Urlaub verbringen kann.

Ferienhaus mit Herz und viel Charme

Ein Haus, was keine Wünsche offen lässt. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu erreichen. Ein großer wunderschöner Garten mit Sitzecke, Grill und Liegen sowie der herrliche Wintergarten laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben die Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus im Bretonischen Stil, sehr genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Maison spacieuse mais électroménager usagé, à remplacer ( réfrigérateur cuisine HS et trop petit pour une maison de 7 personnes, même s'il y en a un autre au sous sol). Pas pratique pour petit déjeuner ou préparer les repas

Ein sehr schönes, sauberes, großes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus. Es hat uns sehr gefreut, dass wir ganz unproblematisch unsere beiden Hunde mitbringen dürften. Wir haben hier eine superschöne Zeit verbracht und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und sympathisch.

Très belle maison mais à côté d’une route très passante

Maison très agréable, propre et tout confort mais impossible de profiter du très beau et grand jardin à cause du bruit des voitures de 6h du matin à 20h le soir. Ce qui est dommage pour un séjour de vacances au mois d’août.

Magnifique maison très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Avons apprécié les nombreuses chambres et les deux salles de bain. La véranda est un plus fort appréciable. Le vaste jardin est très agréable. Seul petit bémol : le bruit de la route à certaines heures Conseils de voyage: Splendide région. La plus belle de Bretagne!

Gepflegtes großes Grundstück, großzügiges Haus zum Wohlfühlen, gute Ausstattung, Wintergarten zum Entspannen und Relaxen bei schlechtem Wetter. Garten sehr schön angelegt, mit Grill und diversen Gartenmöbeln – einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Lage sehr zentral – leider an einer Durchgangsstraße. Reisetipps: Wochen– und Trödelmärkte sind ein Vergnügen und immer wieder auf´s neue interessant.

es wäre fair in der Beschreibu...

es wäre fair in der Beschreibung auch darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Strasse nicht nur nach Tregastel Plage führt, sondern auch nach Lannion und Perros Guirec; Autolärm den ganzen Tag!! Schafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Onwohl das Haus gut ausgestattet ist, mit dem Wintergarten als Highlight, kann ich das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen. Reisetipps: Die Gegend ist eine Reise wert. Die Felsformationen sind grandios, wunderschöne kleine Sandstrände, sehenswerte Dörfer, es macht Spaß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken

Spacious, comfortable accommodation in a beautiful part of France

This charming, well appointed house with its large garden was a perfect base for our holiday with our extended family including two young children. The staff in Tregastel were really friendly and helpful and the checking in/checking out process was very straight forward. Within 10 miles of the property there are many, many beautiful places to visit. The coastline is amazing - perfect for walkers, photographers and beach lovers. Do be aware that you might notice some road noise from the adjacent roundabout and there are compulsory additional charges which are subtracted from the 250 euro deposit. Our service charges and tourist taxes amounted to 68 euros whilst we were expected to do some cleaning in the house even though we were paying 80 euros for cleaning! A rather exorbitant amount we thought!
