Bonne situation, résidence agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La résidence était calme. Nous pouvions nous rendre à la plage à pieds. Les activités proposées étaient bien et le personnel agréable. La location était propre mais elle aurait besoin d'être rafraichie! Il manque des prises de courant surtout avec des ados!

Sonniger und entspannter Urlaub

Die Ferienanlage liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ca 1 km vom Strand und 3km von St Hilaire de Riez entfernt. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und Möglichkeiten wie Mini Golf, Boule, Tennis, Beach Volleyball und Schwimmbad stehen zur freien Verfügung. Es gibt phantastische Fahrradwege und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. In der Nebensaison ist es sehr ruhig.

Sonniger und entspannter Urlaub

Die gepflegte Anlage liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße ca 1 km vom Strand entfernt und 3 km vom Ort. Möglichkeiten wie Tennis, Mini Golf, Boule, Beach Volleyball und Schwimmbad stehen zur freien Verfügung. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und fantastische Fahrradwege.

Hormis, quelques petits problèmes avec le wifi et la tv mais aussi la distance avec les commerces le village vacances et le logement sont très bien. Les gérants sont très accueillants et se plient en quatre pour nous.

1ères vacances en Vendée

Le logement réservé n'est pas celui dans lequel nous avons séjourné. Nous avons eu une maison plus grande (9 couchages au lieu de 6). Lieu calme avec tout ce qu'il faut (jeux pour enfants, sable, équipements sportifs, piscine, club enfants...). Avec ma famille, nous avons passé de superbes vacances.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber...

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, die Besitzer sind wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung der Elektrogeräte ist gut. Die Matratzen sind für französische Verhältnisse hervorragend.Die Möbel sind allerdings veraltet und sollten ausgetauscht werden, völlig funktional, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß und abgewohnt. Die Schränke für 6 Personen völlig unzureichend, kennt man aber aus anderen Urlauben. 3 Handtuchhaken, auf denen die Handtücher kaum halten im Bad, sonst nur Haken für Jacken. Keine normale Steckdose im Bad. Man kann mit Verlängerungskabel aus dem Wohnraum arbeiten. Kein Waschbecken im separaten WC (umständlich). Nicht alle Appartments haben Sichtschutz, unseres hatte keinen. Preis–Leistung in der Hochsaison ist meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt. Pool und sonstige Unterhaltung gut. Jedes Fahrzeug hat einen eigenen Stellplatz. Reisetipps: Strand super und sehr weitläufig, immer windig am Meer, Windschutz empfehlenswert. Ausreichend und kostenfreie Parkplätze am Strand, Sand–Kies–Gemisch, auch im Wasser. Keine fußläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeit vorhanden. Brötchenservice funktioniert gut. Toller Ausflug, unbedingt empfehlenswert ist der Freizeitpark Puy du fou, ca. 1,5h Anfahrt. Karten sollten 3 Tage vorausbestellt werden (Touristenbüro), um zu sparen und zusätzlich bevorzugten Enlass zu erhalten. Gute Region zum Auspannen, wenig bekannt bei Deutschen, meist nur Franzosen.

Das Haus war schlecht eingeric...

Das Haus war schlecht eingerichtet, es gab einen „alten“ Tisch und 6 harte Stühle sowie eine kleine Sitzbank. Wir haben uns erst mal Sitzkissen gekauft. Es gab einen Herd mit 4 Platten aber kaum Platz um etwas abzustellen, also Kochen war nicht einfach und Schrankplatz war Mangelware. Durch den grünen Tisch, Stühle und Schrank kam man sich bei der kalten LED–Beleuchtung manchmal vor wie in einem OP–Saal.Eine Steckdose im Bad sowie ein Waschbecken in der Toilette wären gut gewesen und Duschen wurde durch den dünnen Wasserstrahl zum Erlebnis.Die Einrichtung ist alt und ist generell renovierungsbedürftig.Unsere Wohnung hat keine sichtgeschützte Terrasse. Für die Benutzer der Minigolf–Anlage und die Boule–Plätze saßen wir auf einem Präsentierteller und die Wohnung lag genau an einer Straße, durch den fehlenden Sichtschutz war der Straßenlärm gut zu hören.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 5 KM weg und Restaurants ca. 8 KM. Dieses Feriendorf ist am Ende der Welt.Es war super Wetter, die Anlage ist schön angelegt mit Schwimmbad und der Besitzer/Pächter sehr freundlich, dadurch wurde vieles gut gemacht aber dieses Feriendorf werden wir weder nochmal besuchen noch weiterempfehlen.
