Barefoot Cottage B42 of Port St Joe, Florida

Charming Two Story, Two bedroom, 2.5 bath, laid back, turn of century living within an eighteen acre planned coastal village. Screened in porches on both levels of the cottage with sitting areas available on each. Nine Foot Ceilings only add to the appeal of this property.

Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator w/ ice maker, range, dishwasher and microwave) in a fully appointed kitchen. Keurig coffee maker, large slot toaster, Hand Held Mixer and Blender provided as well. Dishes, cookware, baking pans and utensils provided to enable guests to prepare all meals within the cottage if they so desire.
Bar seating accommodates four guests. Dining area will comfortably seat six guests .Half bath adjacent to the Living Room with Stacked Washer/Dryer along with Ironing Board / Iron provided for client use. Living Room has new Queen sleeper sofa as well as new 60' Smart Television. Master Bedroom has queen bed with full bath with glass enclosed shower. Second bedroom has queen bed with full bath w/ tub. Both Bedrooms have new 32 ' Smart Televisions. Cable provided as well as Internet with wireless router located within the cottage. Board games, cards, small library of books by current authors.

Great property! Loved being in a gated community with a pool. Nice quiet neighborhood. Cottage was perfect and clean and exactly what we wanted. Location is perfect too, close to Mexico Beach and Port St Joe. Would definitely recommend!

This property was great for a quick stay in Port St Joe. We wanted to explore the area prior to coming for a week in the summer, and it didn't disappoint. The pool in the complex is large, the hot tub is hot and the location of the condo is close to everything.
