bonne prestation

Appartement agréable, propre et récent, très bien équipé. Literie TB avec bémol pour le canapé lit du salon. Très bien situé. Environnement extra pour vacances quasi sans voiture. Coin globalement calme et agréable. Piscine/jacuzzi bien (eau trop chlorée cependant).

La résidence récente est bien placée, les appartements sont agréables. L'entretien de l'extérieur mériterait une attention plus importante. En effet, sable et mauvaises herbes n'ont pas leur place dans cet agréable espace, un nettoyage attentif est nécessaire.

Pas de garage ,pas de place de parking réservé (public), terrasse bruyante proximité rue et camping en face (bcp de jeunes ,surfeurs, ttes nationalite ),jeunes alcoolisés fêtards qui chantent dans la rue la nuit !! Bcp de passage de vehicules en journée car commerces proches et plage nord , sinon appartement neuf ,très bien équipé, par contre accueil agence Resasol pour les clés lamentable, ménage non terminé à 16h , confusion au niveau des prestations ,informations contradictoires..

Appartement conforme aux photos mais ...

Location en rez-de-chaussé donnant sur la rue du coup pas d'accès au parking sous terrain, nous devions nous garer dans la rue (quand il y avait de la place !). Pas d'accès a la piscine (y en a-t-il une ?). Wifi accessible pour un seul appareil (plus en supplément).
