The Holiday Rental:
A place to feel at home. This high-quality, fully furnished holiday rental offers plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 toddler. With approximately 55 m² of living space, plus a balcony, open area, and lawn, you’ll feel right at home. From the living room—which features satellite TV, a sleeper sofa (1.40 m wide), and a balcony—you can enjoy a partial view of the lake and the surrounding greenery. The bedroom is equipped with high-quality mattresses, a wardrobe, insect screens, and blackout curtains. In the large, fully equipped kitchen—which includes a dining area—you can prepare delicious meals. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub, sink, and toilet, has a skylight through which you can see the starry sky while swimming. The holiday rental is located on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. Wi-Fi, a carport for your car, a beach chair, a swing for the children, a travel cot, and a high chair are provided. A railway track runs alongside the property. However, this does not bother most guests, as the train passes below the property (which is on a hillside) and is not visible.
The surrounding area within walking distance:
You can reach the centre of Bad Kleinen on foot in just a few minutes. A supermarket (Aldi) and a snack bar are only 200 m away. In the town centre, you’ll find supermarkets, a tourist information office, bike rentals, a bakery, doctors’ offices, a post office, a pharmacy, restaurants, a bank, and several shops. The supervised outdoor lake swimming area, the pier, and the marina are about a 15-minute walk away.
Surroundings, Leisure, and Day Trips:
By car, you can reach the state capital, Schwerin, and the Hanseatic city of Wismar in about 15–20 minutes. The beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea are also just a 20-minute drive away. Visit, for example, the Pirate Open-Air Theatre, the Wonnemar water park and adventure pool, the zoo, numerous museums, the cinema, Schwerin Castle, the theatre, or the historic old town in Wismar. There are countless options for every kind of weather and every taste. We also highly recommend the “Fischer,” located about 2 km away, where you can enjoy delicious fish and a fish snack. Here, you can also rent a boat and explore the lake.
