Our country house served as the village school for many years and has now been lovingly restored. The spacious outdoor area, which includes a party tent, offers plenty of recreational options: a ping-pong table, a trampoline, hammocks, a fire pit, a barbecue area, a heated pool, and a boat swing.

The property is located in the small village of Löbnitz, centrally situated between Ribnitz-Damgarten (20 km), Stralsund (25 km), and Barth (6 km).

The holiday rental measures 55 m². The four-poster bed, antique furniture, and beautiful chandeliers give the apartment a special charm. The bathroom and kitchen are equipped with all modern amenities. Another bedroom features two single beds. A parking space is available right next to the house.

The wonderfully large garden offers many recreational opportunities: a 50 m² party tent with a ping-pong table, a trampoline, hammocks, a large fire pit for year-round use, a barbecue area, a heated pool, and a boat swing. Two small ponds and many rare plants and flowers round out the atmosphere.

The Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula, with its wonderful beaches, is only about 20 km away. The unique landscape and the refreshing Baltic Sea make for a wonderful destination in every season.
All three cities are accessible by bus, which stops right in town.

Stralsund is the gateway to Germany’s largest island—Rügen. There, too, you’ll find many attractions, such as beautiful beaches, chalk cliffs, the treetop trail, Granitz Castle, stunning nature, and much more.
