Wer Ruhe und Idylle sucht ist hier genau richtig! Aufwachen und auf das Meer blicken, kein Lärm, sehr zuvorkommende Verwaltung, gepflegte Anlage und ca. 15min zu Fuß in den Ortskern. In die andere Richtung ist man sofort in den Bergen.

Bien mais un peu déçue

Pour cette fois ci, j ai eu l impression d avoir été un peu "trompée" par l annonce, qui montre plusieurs photos dont des photos en hauteur vue extrêmement dégagée ce sont des photos mélangeant deux appartements On s attendait à un appartement en hauteur, ce qui n était pas le cas. En rez de jardin vue magnifique sur mer certes, mais pas ce à quoi on s attendait vu toute la végétation en face. L appartement était donc sans climatisation et les bestioles en plus des moustiques.. compliqué.

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Balkon

Wir waren angenehm überrascht. Alles war in bester Ordnung und unser Urlaub hätte nicht schöner sein können. Traumhafter Ausblick, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Strand in Sant Elm fußläufig zu erreichen. Für den kleinen Einkauf ist auch ein Mini Markt vor Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. Die Radiatoren waren hilfreich, da es dieses Jahr im Mai noch sehr kühl war. Hausverwaltung sehr gut! Reisetipps: Entgegen den meisten Tipps kamen wir ohne Auto prima zurecht. Man kann vom Haus aus wandern, deröffentliche Kleinbus fährt in die Umgebung, Einkäufe in drei kleinen Mini– bzw. Supermärkten vor Ort. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, muss also kein Auto haben. Tipp: Flughafen–Taxi von Deutschland aus buchen!

Absolut traumhafte Lage direkt...

Absolut traumhafte Lage direkt an der Küste mit Sicht auf die Dracheninsel. Schöne, grosse und bis in den Nachmittag schattige Terrasse. Sehr gepflegter, sauberer Pool. Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Verwalterehepaar und Personal. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem, was man so braucht. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende Klimaanlage. War aber auch nur während einer Woche, als es fast 40° warm war, notwendig gewesen. Ansonsten bleibt die Wohnung schön kühl.Alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Reisetipps: Kloster Lluc, Strand in Camp de Mar, Puig Randa, Fahrt durchs Tramuntana–Gebirge, Shopping in Palma

"Une vue exceptionnelle"

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ,l'accueil s'est très bien passé et le grand balcon donne une vue magnifique sur Sa Dragonera et la mer. La piscine était très bien, cependant les appartements bien qu'ils soient bien équipés commence à vieillir, la literie n'est pas très bonne et le manque de climatisation se fait vite ressentir même s'il y a le vent du large. Mais la vue nous fait vite oublié tout ça, d'autant plus que le village de Sant Elm est très agréable pour s'y promener, et les petites criques à proximités de la résidence, nous permettent de faire du Snorkeling .
