It can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. With one of the longest private pools in Istria, at 13 meters, guests can enjoy a heated swim anytime. The villa has 4 cozy bedrooms and 5 modern bathrooms, ensuring everyone has their own space.

The large garden is perfect for relaxing or playing games. Owners can bring wood for barbeque on request without additional costs.

Tinjan itself is a lovely village known for its peaceful atmosphere and traditional Istrian culture. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, Tinjan is a great place to explore nature, go for walks, or visit local markets. The area offers a true taste of Istrian life, with charming stone houses, friendly locals, and delicious local food.
