Year-round activities in Seefeld
Our accommodation is the perfect starting point for numerous hiking and biking tours that you can begin right from the holiday rental. Discover the Reither Bee Nature Trail, hike to the Reitherjochalm or the Nördlinger Hütte, visit the Sonnenalm on the Gschwandtkopf, or take a leisurely stroll around the Seefelder Wildsee. The picturesque Seefelder Wildsee is just a 10-minute walk away, and you can reach the centre of Seefeld in 20 minutes on foot or in just a few minutes by car.
In winter, there’s a ski bus stop just 150 metres from the holiday apartment. The ski bus takes you comfortably to the Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte ski areas, as well as to the cross-country skiing centre or city centre Seefeld, in just a few minutes.



Apartment Auszeit:

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, a workspace, and a couch. 
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together, as well as another workspace.
Kitchen/Living Room: Fully equipped kitchenette: two hob burners, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. Pull-out couch that sleeps 2 additional people.
Bathroom: Toilet, 2 sinks, shower stall with rain showerhead



On-site fees: Non-smoking apartment with private garden area, including barbecue facilities. Pets welcome—additional fee of €30 per stay. Free Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house. Bed linens and towels, electricity, and water included. One-time final cleaning fee of €50.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
