Set in an exceptional location facing the spectacular Bournillon cirque and waterfall, and close to the famous Choranche caves, "L'Echappée en Vercors" is nestled in an 18th-century hamlet in the heart of the Vercors Regional Natural Park.



This 3-star gîte, certified Accueil Parc du Vercors and Gîtes de France (three ears of corn), is arranged in a traditional house blending stone and wood. With 70 m², L'Echappée en Vercors offers all the comforts of a high-standard gîte and accommodates up to six guests.



A large shaded terrace is at your disposal.



Enjoy a timeless getaway with a convivial astronomy stay for up to 6 people. Whether you are a beginner or an enthusiast, this experience lets you discover the wonders of the sky in privileged conditions, in a preserved natural environment labeled as the Vercors International Dark Sky Reserve.



Located between Grenoble and Valence, 1.5 hours from Lyon on the GR9 trail, L'Echappée en Vercors is the perfect starting point for many sports and cultural activities.

Prima plek met prachtig uitzicht. Warm welkom, gezellig aangekleed en zeer complete inventaris. Goed bereikbare, vriendelijke en betrokken verhuurders met legio tips voor de omgeving.Binnen is het wel behoorlijk donker.Open leefruimte met meerdere slaapplekken in de leefruimte en maar 1 ruime afsluitbare slaapkamer.1 2-persoonsbed1 kinderbed 1 ledikant1 1-persoonsbed1 slaapbankOver het algemeen zijn de bedden naar Nederlandse begrippen (te) kort en smal.Daarnaast is het onverwacht druk door het verkeer naar de grot en het tegenover gelegen cafe. Ook de waterkrachtcentrale is met enige regelmaat hoorbaar.Kortom minder rustig, minder licht, minder hoog en anders ingedeeld dan wij op basis van de foto's verwacht hadden.De Vercors is wel absoluut een bezoek waard.
