Contemporary Downtown Condo

This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse is in the heart of downtown Palm Springs! Our condo in 48@ Arenas is the perfect respite and located in the rear of a quiet community. Mountain views from the bedrooms and patio bring nature into perspective. We are close to terrific hiking trails w/ amazing views of the valley all the while within blocks of restaurants/bars, cafes, spas, a casino, a world class museum, live entertainment, & shops.

Form and function abound in the contemporary furnishings throughout this condo. The kitchen is fully supplied for the chef, baker & cocktail maker. The full-sized laundry is tucked away next to the kitchen. Upstairs, each of the spacious bedroom suites are welcoming retreats with rich linens, plush towels, and from the primary suite a striking view of the mountain! The primary suite has a large walk-in shower. The guest suite has a shower over tub. Not to be forgotten, the patio has a Weber BBQ, we provide free WIFI, & expanded cable.

Winter season rentals are 2 months minimum in duration.

March-October check-outs set thermostat to 90 degrees.

All guests to read and sign as accepted the HOA rules and regs. HIGH SEASON RENTALS MIN. 2 MONTHS.
Guests shall pay for monthly house cleaning after stays of 40 days or longer in addition to exit cleaning. Rates vary and subject to change.
Guests agree to pay electric charges over $300.00 monthly.

Fabulous location and well equipped

Wonderful stay in Palm Springs

This property was the perfect get away place in Palm Springs. It is within walking distance to restaurants, theatres and a grocery store. The property amenities are excellent. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped for cooking. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean Convenient and Satisfying Stay in Palm Springs

From check-in to exit the property at @48 Arenas was everything that it was advertised to be. It was convenient and an easy walk to Arenas stores and restaurants, and to downtown shopping. Morning and evening walks with the views of the mountains were amazing. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was a great way to spend 6 weeks in Palm Springs. I would definitely go back

My sister and I stayed at Johns home for three months. The condo was very clean! Well stocked. Location was awesome. We did not have a car and did not need one. We walked to grocery store. A short walk to downtown. John stayed in touch for any concerns we had.

Great location, condo was clean and well furnished. Liked gated community. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Covered parking was a plus. Local representative was invisible, did not greet us at checkin. Text messaged instructions to enter property and condo were incomplete, had to call him to get final piece of puzzle to gain entry. There was an undisclosed 175 cleaning fee after 40 days.

It’s Location

Great location-easy walk to much of central PS, architecture of property was very pleasing, well supplied , easy communication with owner, large bedrooms and although there wasn’t a space to set up an office we were able to make it work. It was a very good stay, served our needs very well.

Spent 33 nights in this Palm Springs townhouse. Exactly as pictured and described and a perfect walking location to all the excitement of downtown. Extremely well equipped with everything imaginable for entertaining, too. Definitely will return when I want to spend a month or more in Palm Springs.
