Our guests will enjoy a complimentary seven-day beach service of two chairs and umbrella from March to October.

Enjoy a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the 5th-floor balcony of 503, a two-bedroom, two-bath top floor condo situated on a quiet stretch of white sugar-sand beach. We have a driftwood style tile floor throughout with area rugs and have a king-size bed in each bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa, making 503 perfect for two couples or a family. Both master and hall baths have 5-foot wide, step in showers.

This beautifully furnished unit includes all the comforts of home with a beach accent:

• Centrally located Sony 55" HDTV with BluRay/DVD Player in Living Room

Wonderful get away!

The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The seating in the den was very comfortable and so was the bed. The view from the balcony was amazing. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Relaxation at the Emerald Coast

Very nice condo. The home is nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay there again. I would suggest bring more bath towels along with beach towels.

This was an amazing condo! The pictures don't do it justice. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. That includes the balcony furniture. 2 full bathrooms was fantastic. Each has a nicely sized walk-in shower. Everything you could ever need or want available. We have been using VRBO for over 10 years and this was the best condo! The complex is small and kept very neat and clean. Easy beach access with chairs and umbrella set up daily and usually before 7 every morning. We look forward to returning in the future!!!

Home away from home

This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was all the extra little touches, such as the option of coffee makers to a nice selection of books, that makes it above average. We hope to be back again next year! Great hosts!!

We purchased this unit in February 2014. We have been coming regularly to Navarre Beach with its uncrowded beaches and laid-back vibe for over 30 years from our home in Little Rock, and we stayed in Emerald Surf a half dozen times in various units before purchasing 503. We absolutely love our top floor view, but with only five floors you still hear the surf and sea birds. Using the updraft against the side of the building from the afternoon onshore breeze, pelicans fly lazy figure-eights to gain altitude before passing over the roof.

This low-rise condo (only 5 floors with 9 units per floor) with over 300' of beach frontage provides the quiet, low beach density we have been coming to Navarre Beach to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We chose this unit for our 40th anniversary present. We are continuously updating 503, with new kitchen granite and raised granite vanity tops in 2021. For 2022 we are replacing the range, microwave and dishwasher with stainless steel appliances. We enjoy using it for our family and friends and are pleased to offer this extension of our home to our special guests.
