Geschäfte und Umgebung - der Vermieter hätte die Gästekarten abholen und hinterlegen müssen -verschmutzte Eingangstür, Eingangstreppe und Fenster - kein hinterlegtes Zeitungspapier, kein Flaschenöffner, kein Kartoffelschaeler-
