The flats are in a quiet location, just a 15-minute walk from the old town of Porec and the nearest beach. The nearest restaurant and several shopping centres such as Lidl, Plodine and Kaufland are within walking distance. The house is located right next to the pine forest and has a beautiful garden with a brick barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs for shared use. A children's swing and a small slide are also available.
The holiday flat for 2-3 persons is located on the mezzanine floor of the house and consists of a living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen and access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom with double bed, a single room and a bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and WLAN internet connection are available and included in the price.
