We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would highly recommend it. The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was excellent.The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit. Communication was easy from booking through checkout, and they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome.We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again if we're back in the area. Perfect, convenient location!

We loved our quick trip! This unit is so convenient to parking, beach, and pool/hot tub! This is our favorite area at Miramar Beach. Everything at the unit was as described and communication with the host was great!

The place was located is a good spot. Not the cleanest. More time on cleaning the ceramic tile would be nice. The chair and couch have stains on them. But overall a good stay we liked the area. More toilet paper!!

The most frustrating issue for Owners is getting a 4 star review from a guest that never mentioned any issues during or after their stay. We cannot fix what we don't know about. All my reviews for the part 12 months are 5 Star and no one, either on the platform or to me personally has complained about "cleanliness". We take great pride in providing a safe, CLEAN and comfortable condo for folks to enjoy. I'm sorry this guest decided to use a review to make a complaint but if these were real issues, they could have reached out to me directly, (everyone gets my direct cell and email) and they would have been addressed immediately.

Loved this condo

Had a great time in Tim’s condo. He was awesome to work with. Answered my text right away. His place is in a great location. The room is on the ground floor and right across from the pool area. The condo was spotless and I would definitely book again. Thank you Tim! ~~Valpo Julie 😊

Very close to the beach!

It was okay. Definitely needs updated and some minor fixes. Such as cupboard door hinge not connected, cupboard handles need tighten, bathroom sink very slow to drain.. overall it was ok.

Awesome place

This place was very clean, The bed was very comfortable and i am picky but I slept like a baby. My son loved the hot tub and pool right outside our door, we grilled out 4 nights and the grilling area is right outside the door as well and kept clean. It is a very short walk to the beach and Kyle , the young man that does the beach set up is so nice, always there with a smile and even carried my cooler for me and the last day we gave him a nice tip 😀 I think I counted 4 laundry rooms, they were clean as well . Tim the owner was so easy to talk to and replies to you very quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing host!

Tim is hands down the best host we have had! He was on top of everything! I will definitely book with him again. The place was exactly as advertised. Shockingly being so close to the pool, we could never hear one kiddo out there! First floor in the back was great for parking and lugging items back and forth. Super short walk to the beach. When you go to the beach and Lucas is working, be sure to treat him well. He was absolutely precious.

Great time

We really enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. The property was great with easy access to everything. The beach access is right across the street. The pool was fine, but we enjoyed the hot tub. I thought laundry was in the room, but it was not. There are property laundry units for purchase loads. Tim was very nice and helpful. There is also very little in the kitchen for cooking, a few pots and pans and only salt and pepper. Overall we would come back!

We absolutely loved staying in this unit! We were sad that the satellite wasn’t working—but that was not at fault of the owner! Plus who goes on vacation to watch TV?! Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean! Be sure to bring your own beach towels/chairs/toys—not included. We also ran out of toilet paper after a few days there. But again, easy fix—we just added it to our grocery order! This unit is literally steps away from the pool and parking lot, which was so convenient!Tim was quick to respond to any messages I sent. We would love to be able to stay there next year when we return! 10/10 recommend!

Great location

Fantastic location, right across the street from private beach access and beach service. Clean and comfortable. This unit was by the pool and hot tub. Wasn’t loud or crowded when we stayed (week of August 15th). Tim was super accessible and helpful! Note that the laundry is not in the unit, something we misunderstood. But there are plenty of laundry rooms and it was never busy.

Literally no complaints!

We were so happy with our condo. The location, parking, beach service, & closet full of beach goodies were awesome. We even added another boogie board for the next group. :) Tim was so responsive & helpful. The condo was clean & comfortable & had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!
