The tastefully furnished 4-room maisonette apartment, measuring approximately 70 m², is located on the top floor. The lower level consists of an entryway, a living/dining room, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, you’ll find a hallway, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. Your private outdoor area consists of a terrace and a covered balcony with a postcard-perfect view. From both the interior and exterior, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the lake, Baveno, Pallanza, the Borromean Islands, and the surrounding mountains. The pool area (pool approx. 8 m x 4 m, open from around mid-June to around the end of August, weather permitting), which was renovated in 2024, also entices with its fantastic views and invites you to linger and relax. Should you nevertheless feel the urge to explore the rest of the world, free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment for browsing the internet.
