With a spacious 45 m² floor area and the capacity to accommodate 4 people, this apartment—located on the ground floor of the building—is ideal for families or couples.

The sunny living room features a cosy sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after an eventful day. You’ll also find a smart TV here, so you can comfortably watch your favourite shows.
The open kitchen, which flows seamlessly into the living room, is equipped with modern appliances, including a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, so you can showcase your culinary skills or quickly whip up a light meal. Enjoy your home-cooked meal at the dining table.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and is equipped with blackout curtains as well as pleated blinds.

The bathroom features a shower, toilet, makeup mirror, and hair dryer.

The southeast-facing balcony, with its cosy patio furniture, invites you to wind down the day with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.

The building is located just 50 metres from the beach and offers apartments ranging from 32 to 50 m² that accommodate 3 to 4 people.

You’ll stay in modern holiday rentals with a terrace or balcony where you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family.

Right across the way, you can enjoy swimming a few laps in the seawater pool, even on cooler days.

In the building, you can wash your holiday clothes in the coin-operated washing machine; there’s also a coin-operated dryer available.

Some apartments also come with a duplex underground parking space (not suitable for estate cars or vans) or an outdoor parking space.

The nearest shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity, and Niendorf Harbour is just 1,300 metres away.
Here you can watch the fishermen at work and buy your fish directly from the Baltic Sea.

From Niendorf, the 4-kilometer-long hiking trail along the Brodten cliffs is well worth the walk. Here you’ll find a landscape that remains almost untouched, even within the otherwise densely populated Lübeck Bay.
