Welcome to our newly renovated 43-square-meter apartment in the quiet Passau-Neustift area!
This modern accommodation offers you the perfect blend of comfort, tranquility, and excellent access to Passau’s top attractions.

Our apartment is located in a quiet three-unit building that was completely renovated in the summer of 2024. It’s situated in a charming, village-like setting that offers pure relaxation. Thanks to excellent public transport, however, you can be right in the heart of the action in no time: You can reach Passau’s historic old town by train in just 7 minutes, and the university is about 20 minutes away. By car, the city centre is only a 10-minute drive away.
