Love Dunedin!

I hope to return soon! The condo is super clean and perfectly located in proximity to downtown Dunedin filled with restaurants, shopping and great ice cream. Beaches are closeby as well as Honeymoom Isand State Park. Everything I needed to cook was in the kitchen. Thank you Erik and Carla!

Outstanding sunsets & location

This charming, upscale condo is in a small development right next to the water, just across the little gravel roadway called Victoria Drive. Taking a stroll down Victoria provides a pathway to the park or to the marina. Stroll down the path past stately homes on one side, and their docks & boatslips along the water. As you happen upon the small condo building, your are greeted with a lush courtyard, pool & a view into the French Quarter style compound. Our stay in this unit has been our best VRBO experience to date. Our condo was complete with wonderful amenities, including a beautiful view of the bay. Sunsets on the lawn every night were a highlight, along with hours spent poolside overlooking the view of the bay. This is the perfect location for anyone who’s ready to enjoy the walking/biking friendly Dunedin. Just a few blocks from the Pinellas trail and historic downtown Dunedin, you can be as active as you like. There is a workout space on site, and we also got a monthly membership to the fitness center at the Community Center for just $20 per month. We enjoyed Independence Day fireworks at the baseball stadium in town & also explored Honeymoon Island. The owners were amazing to work with & have thought of everything to make a stay comfortable. We highly recommend this unit!

Excellent property on the water.

We had a wonderful 3 months at the Victoria. The view was beautiful. Sunsets every night. The neighbors were all so friendly. The apartment was meticulously clean and ready to go, everything you can think of was included. We hated to leave!!

Being on St Joseph sound was so relaxing Wonderful walking , bird watching, sailboats , bagpipes! Our unit was in a lovely complex with very nice people as neighbors! Always a quick response from owner Erik Not a single complaint!

Dunedin Delight!

This is a wonderful well-appointed vacation condo! Cozy, clean, comfortable, and quiet! Sunset views over the water are spectacular! The gorgeous well-maintained courtyard and pool area are so inviting. Super comfortable bed and outstanding water pressure in the shower. This condo has everything you need and more and is walkable/bikeable to shops, restaurants, etc. Owners are thoughtful, easy to communicate with, and they clearly want you to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The friendly neighbors in the complex are a BONUS! Looking forward to a return visit!

Our regular vacation condo area was having some construction work done. We were very happy to have found this condo in Dunedin. Accommodations were great. Met some very nice owners and renters. Victoria drive is a beautiful walking street with beautiful homes. Easy walking distance to downtown and shopping/ eating establishments. Highly recommend.

Victoria Sunsets

This property is a slice of heaven! On the water, walking distance to a variety of restaurants and a number of breweries. Plus, my favorite walk of all was the Edgewater Marina down picturesque Victoria Dr. The condo is well maintained, the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and serving dishes. Guests really want for nothing here. The sunsets will not disappoint!

Location on the bay was fabulous. We love the Dunedin area as well as the quaintness of the village

The condo was clean and neat and nicely decorated. Contained everything we needed for our month there. Erik was available immediately via email when we had a toaster, Venetian blind and freezer issue. All were handled professionally and immediately. We cannot express enough how much we loved our stay.

Delightful Dunedin

We really liked this condo, it is nicely furnished and very comfortable. And we loved the ambience at The Victoria. The sunset gatherings and parties were a special delight, such interesting and friendly people. We are seriously contemplating moving to Dunedin and if we do, The Victoria clearly is the place to be if possible.

Idyllic setting in downtown Dunedin!

This little haven in the middle of downtown Dunedin was one of the best rentals I've ever had! It's located in a quiet part of town within 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street Dunedin and just across the street from the Pinellas Trail. It is directly on the intracoastal waterway so you experience phenomenal sunsets every night right from your living room... or head down to the picnic tables next to the water and take a bottle of wine! There is dedicated covered parking, and the spot for this unit is directly in front of the entry gate - from car to unit in <15 seconds! This 1st floor unit is very well appointed with good quality furniture (not typical "beachy" fall apart stuff!) Erik was great to work with - very responsive to any issues that came up while I was there for 2 months. Really awesome property!
