Welcome to our beautiful condo on the water in Dunedin.

This condo is fully renovated, with all new kitchen, bathroom, appliances, etc.

It's a cozy 1 bedroom unit with full amenities.

Pool, gym, walking trails, beautiful water views, and much more are what we offer with this condo.

Minimum rental is 30 Days so please no short term rental request.

Full amenities are offered for our guests.

Also boat dock access on special request. Please ask if you would like to dock a boat and we will get approval.
