Quick River Trip

Took a long weekend to enjoy our boat on the river with family and friend. Condo was cold, clean and quiet. Allowed for parking with our truck and boat on the street. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again!

We had a good time. Somethings weren’t as clean as they should have been. The condo needs someone to organize the cabinets in baths and bedrooms. Very easy to contact owner. But over all we had a good stay nice location. Thank you Jill.

Great location!

This property is a great location as it is only a mile or so from the marina. The property is well cared for and nicely appointed. The owner does a great job of communicating with you. Only other complaints: 1) as others have mentioned, the cold water is almost non existent. It was not even above 100 degrees while we were there, but there was no cold water. 2) when we arrived there were no towels to be found. After some searching we found them in the washing machine needing to be dried. 3) The main A/C unit is very loud.

Cozy place, great location.

We spent the week there. The proximity to the marina is fantastic. We were able to park are boat trailer in the complex. Townhouse is very nice. Cozy and quiet with all the amenities you need. Will definitely book again.

Great location

The boathouse grill just opened two weeks before our stay. It’s literally 100 yards from the front door, and you’re right on the island. Unfortunately the garage door broke the second time we opened it :( highly recommend this place!!!
