Welcome to 1045 Barcelona Loop, a luxury townhome located in the gated community of Nautical Estates on the Island in Lake Havasu. It is approximately 1 mile from the famous London Bridge, Channel, eateries and nightlife that are the heart of the city.

The townhome features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2-car garage. It is across the street from the 4-mile athletic path for outdoor activities such as biking, walking and running. The community features a pool, hot tub spa area and covered patio seating.

You can view the ample boat parking along the street in the photo section.

The townhome includes new heating/air conditioning unit, Wifi internet and cable services. The unit is available for daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal rentals and sleeps 8 comfortably. The unit is fully furnished including towels, bedding and kitchen utensils.

Can't beat the location and pool

Had all we needed. Loved the garage access and pool. Pleasantly surprised by how bright and cheery it was with window blinds open. Our dog loved it as well. Very close to grass dog relief area which was great.

Great convenient condo

This is a great condo in a very convenient location. It is awesome to be out on the island close to Site-6 boat launch. And the restaurant right next door was phenomenal The condo is quiet, the neighbors were all pleasant. The area seemed totally safe We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Nice place. Great location.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had trouble with the entry gate to the property so I texted the owner. She was very nice and responded immediately. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Spot Away From the Bustle

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 to relax at after long days out on the lake. Plenty of room for everyone but still a very cozy atmosphere. Communication and check in was fantastic. We will make this our yearly Memorial Day accommodation whenever possible!

Island Townhouse

The property has a good location and easy access to downtown and the Bridge area. Communication with the owner was excellent. This townhouse is in a gated community and has an attached garage.

July 2025 Vacation

Cute condo nice bedrooms and close to the resort where our other family members were staying. We would have liked to be able to turn the AC down below 75. It was a bit to warm for us. Also the complex had very narrow streets and not much parking. It was very difficult getting our truck and boat through the complex. Lots of red curbing where you could not park. We ended up leaving our boat at the resort where our other family was staying. The picture of the truck and trailer on the listing is not the garage for this condo. I would stay here again if we did not have a boat.

Great location

Nice pool and hot tub Friendly neighbors Well stocked with everything we needed Comfortable beds The only disappointment was the Cleanliness when we arrived, The carpet is very stained and needs to be replaced but this seems to be a common complaint of townhomes Not just this unit. Several neighbors I talked to indicated that they asked the carpets to be cleaned and that was taken care of.

Bad experience

Drove from Alberta Canada to spend a month close to the Lake. This property is not a 4.8 by any means. Wasn’t clean, Rugs filthy, Missing weather stripping on door between garage and house for bugs to get in. Barbecue was not useable hadn’t been used in years even had a dirty oil funnel sitting on it. No useable patio furniture. My husband had to kill a large bug in the shower. It has been let go even the front door needs refinished. Host would not send carpet cleaner or exterminator nor would they supply the promised barbecue or patio furniture. We stayed 2 nights and left on mutual agreement with host.

Cute little condo.

Perfect fit for my family of seven to enjoy and eat after long days on the lake. Unit equipped with lots of plates, silverware and cups. We rented a slip at the marina and where able to park our trailer there, then we could park and access the unit directly from the handy attached garage. We enjoyed our stay.

THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME

Great location out on the Island. Few minutes from the main Marina where we docked our boat. great security. Had everything we needed.
