Private Island in a wilderness environment. Water access only with and pontoon boat along with canoes, kayaks, SUPs & sail boats included, mainland boat slip and parking for your use. Need to be an experienced boater with a state certified boating certificate. 5 Cabins (Main, 2 Bunk, Bath, Storage). Electricity and water. 1 mile from mainland boat dock. 7 Boats (pontoon, 3 canoes, 2 kayaks, sunfish sail boat, standup paddle board) for your use, 2 docks. Tupper Lake is 9 miles long and 1 to 3 miles wide. Private and secluded with all the creature comforts of home. Fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, camping, climbing on your own wooded island. Close to town, The Wild Center, museums and other Adirondacks attractions.

This is a private island you will have exclusive use of. It is water access only with a pontoon boat for access to the mainland and use of the lake. The boat slip is located 1.1 miles across the lake and takes about 10 minutes. There is parking across the road from the boat dock for vehicles. Need to be an experienced motor boater with a state certified boating certificate.

Watch Island can be your own private adventure vacation with full use of its unique outdoor activities both on the land or water. You can also use it for a secluded private getaway or anything in between. You will find it to be versatile and accommodating. I provide a pontoon boat to travel between the mainland slip to the island. You need to be an experienced boater with a state certified boating certificate to operate and use the pontoon boat.
