Traumhafte moderne Wohnung. Alles was man gebrauchen kann ist in der Wohnung und bestens durchdacht. Klimaanlage ist prima in diesen heißen Sommertagen. Trotz Bahnhofsnähe sehr ruhig und zentral gelegen. Bäcker und Uferpromenade in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Kleiner Abzug bei der Dachterrasse. Diese ist nicht so einladend. Könnte netter und freundlicher gestaltet sein. Blumen /Pflanzen waren verwelkt und sahen nicht schön aus.

Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum. Es gab ein, zwei Reparaturen (an den Rolläden, Fenstern), woraufhin auch freundlich hingewiesen wurde, weshalb ich hier einen minimalen Abstrich in meiner Bewertung angeführt habe. Aber diese Wohnung ist dennoch absolute Spitzenklasse - hier fehlt es bei Reinigungsmitteln, Spielen, Küchenuntensilien, Hygieneartikeln etc. an absolut nichts! Der Stil ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. In zwei Zimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage, die jetzt während den sehr heißen Tagen doppelt nützlich war. Die Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen, die Dachterasse ist wunderschön, wenngleich wir sie wetterbedingt recht wenig genutzt haben. Der Privatparkplatz und der Fahrradkeller sowie die Waschmaschine samt Trockner sind weitere tolle Ergänzungen! Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen! J.W.

Die Wohnung erfüllt alle Wünsche, die man an die Ausstattung haben kann. Von allem (Geschirr, Gläs..

Die Wohnung erfüllt alle Wünsche, die man an die Ausstattung haben kann. Von allem (Geschirr, Gläser, Haushaltsutensilien bis hin zu Kleiderbügeln) ist genug vorhanden. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Jalousien, die die Zimmer auch komplett abdunkeln. In beiden Schlafzimmern kann man ruhig schlafen, auch wenn im Wohnzimmer noch ferngesehen wird, da alle Türen die Geräusche fast kpl. dämmen.Zur Wohnung gehören zwei Fahrzeugstellplätze. Ein Lebensmittelmarkt liegt ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten entfernt; der Bahnhof direkt gegenüber (KEINE Lärmbelästigung!). Zum Ortsinneren bzw. Hafen sind es 10 Gehminuten. Empfehlung!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder Nach kurzem Spaziergang ist man an der Uferpromenade und beim Schloss. Supermarkt ist gegenüber, der Bahnhof ebenfalls. Die Wohnung war für eine Ferienwohnung überraschend sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Empfehlenswert!
