Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals service office at Seestraße 47, 23683 Scharbeutz.

Cosy and stylishly furnished, this one-room holiday apartment with a balcony offers approximately 26 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 2 people.

The combined living room and bedroom, with an adjoining open kitchen, is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a cosy box-spring double bed (160x200 cm). External blinds provide privacy. The modern kitchenette features amenities such as an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave (combination unit with oven function), making cooking a pleasure. An espresso machine (Nespresso) ensures your daily coffee enjoyment. A walk-in shower, a heated towel rack, and underfloor heating ensure comfort in the modern, interior bathroom. As a special highlight, you’ll find your own beach chair on the partially covered, west-facing balcony. You can also reach the Baltic Sea on foot in about 15 minutes via an idyllic hiking trail.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet. Der Fahrstuhl war für mein 26-er e-bike zu klein und als Frau konnte ich es allein nicht die STEILE Kellertreppe hinunterbefördern. Draußen sind Fahrradständer - alles gut gegangen. Aber anders wäre mir wohler gewesen.

Wir haben uns hier sehr hier gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und nagelneu eingerichtet und sauber. Der Strandkorb ist gemütlich und ein echtes Highlight. Etwas störend sind die Geräusche der nahe gelegenen Straße. Sinnvoll wären ein Vorsortiersystem für den Müll und ein kleiner Fußabtreter für den Balkon. Ansonsten "Daumen hoch" und gerne wieder.

Anreise am Abend: Die Schlüsselübergabe hat nicht geklappt, sodass ich am Sonntagabend wieder abreisen musste. Am nächsten Tag hat man mir eine andere Wohnung zugesagt. Am Tag 2 hat die Schlüsselübergabe geklappt, jedoch hat man mich per SMS an eine falsche Adresse nach Grömitz geschickt. Ärgerlich!
