Gut: Modern, zweckmäßig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet Nicht so gut: Fernsehempfang stockt manchmal, hinter dem Sofa könnte mal gesaugt werden; Balkontür nicht kippbar, dh gutes Lüften der Whg (zB nachts) nur mit offener Tür möglich (die kleinen Fenster reichen vor allem bei warmen Wetter nicht). Alternativ evtl ein Fliegengitter vor die Balkontür (Mücken)?
