The 2-bedroom apartment offers a spacious living area of 60 square metres and is located on the ground floor of a multi-unit building. It can accommodate up to 2 people. In the very tastefully furnished living/dining area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa and a reading chair with a footrest. Of course, the apartment is also equipped with a TV, stereo system, and Wi-Fi at no extra cost. In the separate kitchen, which features a serving hatch leading to the dining table in the living area, you can prepare your meals during your stay. A ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and much more. In the summer, you can relax wonderfully on the seasonally furnished terrace and are welcome to use the adjacent lawn. You’ll enjoy peaceful nights in a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 cm by 200 cm), a closet, and a chest of drawers. The bedroom is connected to a modern shower room with a window, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also at your disposal. You can secure your personal valuables in the safe.
A designated outdoor parking space next to the house is available for your vehicle.
