The Haffblick Residence is a centrally located yet quiet apartment complex consisting of four buildings, each with 17 units. The Baltic Sea beach is just 200 metres away. The town centre is just a few steps away. This popular holiday complex is also close to the nature reserve at the Haff meadows and the Tarnewitz Primeval Forest. The on-site wellness area offers a sauna and infrared heat cabins year-round for a fee. A fitness room is available free of charge. Wi-Fi and Sky channels—including Bundesliga football, sports, films, and Disney—are also free. Each residential unit is individually furnished, comfortably equipped, and features a terrace or balcony; some have two balconies. Additionally, there are pavilions on the property with views of the horse pastures. Each building is equipped with a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. Each holiday apartment comes with one outdoor parking space. Pets are permitted in some units. This three-star, two-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and features a sunny terrace with a view of the lagoon meadows. With 38 square metres of living space, it is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests. The comfortably furnished living/dining area features a pull-out sofa that sleeps two. 

Entertainment is provided by a TV, DVD player, and a stereo system. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A dining table is set up in the living area for shared meals. The apartment also features a separate bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. You’ll sleep in a comfortable double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m. There is also a large closet in the bedroom. The apartment includes an en suite bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, sink, and toilet. A free outdoor parking space is reserved for your vehicle next to the building, and a lockable bike shed is also provided.

A shared washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Please note that pets are not allowed in this apartment. Smoking is not permitted. You’ll be staying just 200m from the beach and can reach the centre of Boltenhagen in no time.
