The large, fenced-in property, with a sunny south-facing orientation, offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea. The swimming pool, approximately 11 metres long and 1.40 metres deep, is perfect for swimming and relaxing. The spacious terraces surrounding the house are perfect for an aperitif at sunset or an atmospheric dinner under the open sky.

The Location
The luxurious “Acqua alla Gola” villa is the ideal starting point for excursions to the coast as well as into the diverse hinterland. The Côte d’Azur, with Monte Carlo, Nice, and Cannes, is just a 1- to 2-hour drive away. For sports enthusiasts, Dolceacqua offers tennis and paddle tennis courts, San Romolo has a mini-golf course, and the 18-hole golf course in Sanremo is just a 40-minute drive away. Swimming opportunities abound in the nearby coastal towns of Vallecrosia and Bordighera, as well as in the crystal-clear mountain rivers near Rocchetta Nervina and Castel Vittorio.
The country villa is located between Dolceacqua and Perinaldo, accessible via a typical Ligurian mountain road. The final approximately 600 metres are along an unpaved dirt road, which is not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance. Open parking spaces are available on the property.

The picturesque town of Dolceacqua offers excellent amenities year-round, including a selection of excellent restaurants, shopping, banks, a post office, a pharmacy, and doctors. Perinaldo, situated at an elevation of 572 m, charms visitors with its authentic village character, small shops, cafés, restaurants, and an international music festival in the summer.
