Contemporary house of 200 m2, very quiet, large fenced plot of 3000 m2 with olive trees, very nice views of hills and village. Shops nearby, walk out to hike or bike ....
Possibility to arrive on Friday or Sunday to avoid Saturday (if arriving by car) because the house is rented only once during the year.
Very well located between sea and mountain.
10mx4m pool with 6 bathrooms comfortable sun.
Large shaded terrace with glycine, directly overlooking the kitchen and living room, any opposite ,, very quiet. Lounge 50 m2.
Linen provided.

Possibility of a housekeeper during the stay, or simply the day of departure. (A own expense)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay!The house is fantastic, located in a beautiful area with stunning nature all around. Great house with a lively outdoor area

We had a lovely time in this house with two families. The terrace and the area by the pool are so nice. The children had a great time in the pool. Contact with the owners was very good. Taking the boat to Ile st. Marguerite was a fantastic tip! And Valbonne is a very pleasant village, especially in the evening.

Magnifique maison

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la très belle maison de Béatrice et de Jean Philippe. Leur maison est très vaste, décorée avec beaucoup de goût avec de nombreux tableaux peints par Béatrice, une maison qui a une âme et c'est un véritable plus. Le jardin est splendide et la piscine également avec de nombreux transats et parasols. La région est magnifique, surtout l'arrière pays avec une constellation de très beaux villages.

Eine Oase der Ruhe

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Juli 2022 in diesem Haus verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr herzlich und darauf bedacht, den Gästen einen rundum perfekten und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Hanglage gelegen und gut erreichbar. Es ist authentisch für die Region und sehr geschmackvoll und mit der persönlichen und künstlerischen Handschrift der Vermieterin eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig - es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Weitere Highlights sind der große und uneinsehbare Pool und die große schattenspendende Terrasse mit Blick ins Tal. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf befinden sich direkt im Ort oder im Nachbarort und sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die bekannten Ziele in der Region an der Küste und im bergigen Hinterland (Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, Grasse, Verdon-Schlucht) sind von dem Ferienhaus gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Séjour parfait en famille

De la première prise de contact pour la réservation jusqu'à notre départ en fin de séjour, les échanges avec Béatrice ont été simples et rapides, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. Offrant une très belle vue sur le paysage provençal vallonné, la maison est en tous points conforme à la description qui en est faite dans l'annonce. Nous y avons apprécié les très belles prestations offertes, et y avons trouvé l'espace (plus que suffisant pour un couple et trois enfants) et le confort annoncés. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de solliciter Béatrice pendant notre séjour, tout ce dont nous avions besoin étant à notre disposition. Nous nous sommes sentis "comme à la maison". L'espace extérieur paysagé est très agréable à vivre, sans vis-à-vis. Très belle terrasse autour de la piscine, avec tous les équipements nécessaires (transats, parasols, salon de jardin). Depuis la maison, il est facile de rayonner dans la région pour partir à la découverte de ses villages perchés dont certains parmi les « plus beaux villages de France » (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot, Gourdon), de ses sites naturels ou encore culturels. En résumé, une très jolie maison, embellie par une magnifique région. Allez-y sans hésiter.

Parfait pour des vacances en famille au calme

Nous avons passé deux semaines fantastiques. La maison est très bien située entre le pays Grassois et la côte d'azur pour visiter les villages alentour, faire des randonnées ou du canyonning dans le loup tout proche. Du fait de sa situation en retrait de la côte, la température n'a jamais été excessive, même si le taux d'utilisation de la piscine a été très élevé, notamment en fin de journée. La terrasse sous la glycine est idéale pour profiter de la plancha en famille avec une magnifique vue sur la vallée et une grande tranquillité. Enfin, la maison était suffisamment grande et fonctionnelle pour notre séjour en famille (7 personnes). A noter, la nécessité de la voiture pour profiter de la région.
