This stylishly furnished two-room apartment on the first floor of Villa Maria offers generous comfort for two to three people in approximately 65 m². The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the living room has a comfortable sofa bed available as an extra sleeping space—ideal for a third person or for relaxing while reading or watching TV.

The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen utensils make cooking a pleasure. The adjacent dining area offers space for shared meals or a leisurely breakfast to start the day.

From the living room and bedroom, you can step out onto the covered balcony, which offers a small, but lovely view of the sea—perfect for a glass of wine in the evening or a morning cup of coffee with a breath of sea air.
