The farmhouse is located in the picturesque Zillergrund, the easternmost side valley of the Zillertal, which stretches over 25 kilometres—from the Austrian-Italian border to Mayrhofen. Surrounded by unspoiled nature and majestic mountains, the location offers spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere. The centre of Mayrhofen is only about 10 kilometres away, where you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés. The traditional Thanner Inn is just one kilometre away and invites you to enjoy regional specialities.

Accessible year-round & family-friendly
The farmhouse is easily accessible by car all year round. Three parking spaces are available right next to the cabin. The friendly cabin owner lives on the neighbouring farm and is always there for you during your stay—whether you need tips on activities or help with any questions.
