The "Am Ostseestrand" apartment offers 65 m² of living space and modern, comfortably furnished accommodation for up to four people.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each with tiled floors that ensure a comfortable indoor climate. The open-concept living and dining area combines modern furnishings with a cosy atmosphere. The living area is equipped with high-quality seating, a large flat-screen TV, a DVD and Blu-ray player, and a selection of books, games, and DVDs. A CD player and a radio are also available for musical entertainment. The underfloor heating ensures comfort even on cooler days.

The open kitchen is integrated directly into the living and dining area and equipped with all the amenities for a comfortable stay—including a glass-ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a full range of kitchen utensils. A dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals.

In the modern bathroom, you’ll find a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, a mirror, a hair dryer, and a window that lets in natural light. A full-length mirror, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner are also available. Smoke detectors and a childproof outlet cover ensure safety—ideal for families with small children. A cot and a high chair are provided.

The private garden area invites you to relax with a patio, patio furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, and a beach chair. A windbreak and a garden shed provide additional comfort. A private parking space is available right next to the house for your vehicle.

Active guests can choose from activities such as biking, Nordic walking, jogging, mountain biking, or horseback riding. Families can enjoy the playgrounds in the area. Those interested in culture will find museums, theatres, and events nearby.

You can also play golf or mini-golf, use the tennis and table tennis facilities, or relax in the day spa and wellness area. Activities such as beach volleyball, football, gymnastics, and yoga provide a variety of sports options.
