In the spa district of Duhnen in Cuxhaven, this tastefully furnished 62 m² apartment on the second floor of a residence welcomes you. It accommodates up to 4 guests and features two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a spacious 29 m² living room with dining and kitchen area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, and a freezer. Amenities include Wi-Fi, TVs in the living room and bedroom, an elevator, as well as a washing machine and dryer, which you can use for an additional fee.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt schön ruhig mit Blick in das Grüne. Der Sportplatz des SC Duhnen ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Ortskern von Duhnen oder zum Strand sind es nur 2-3 Minuten mit dem Rad. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG, ist aber auch mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen. Unsere E-Bikes konnten wir sicher und überdacht abstellen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter per E-Mail im Vorfeld war super. Auch wurden wir von der Vermieterin äußerst freundlich empfangen. Das war alles sehr nett. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Cons: Evtl. könnte man für wärmere Tage als Sonnenschutz mehr als einen kleinen Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon anbieten. Evtl. eine Markise.
