Cozy vacation apartment with terrace and rural views in Wittenbeck

Spacious and cosy 3-room apartment with a living area of approximately 75 m². The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer. The living room features a cosy sitting area with a sleeper sofa. Also included: a TV, DVD and CD players, a radio, a high chair, and a dining area that seats up to 6 people.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed; the second has a queen-size bed. A standard-size travel cot is also available. The bathroom is a full bath with underfloor heating.

One bedroom opens onto a west-facing balcony; the living room leads out to the patio with a private 120 m² garden facing east, south, and west. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are provided.

The apartment includes a private parking space right next to the house. Wi-Fi is included. Three 28-inch women’s bicycles and one 26-inch women’s bicycle are available in the private basement. Pets are welcome.


Complex:

A quiet residential complex in Wittenbeck surrounded by greenery, on a gentle slope bordering a wooded area that provides a cool breeze; just a few metres from the apartment is a beautiful golf course featuring an 18-hole championship course and a public 9-hole practice course. At the nearby Landhotel, the wellness area and swimming pool are available for a fee, and dining options are also available in town. The residential complex is located approximately 4 km from Kühlungsborn and approximately 3 km from the Baltic Sea.
