About this property

Grachtenwinkel House | Direct Waterfront Location

Perfection in 106 square metres—we present our Grachtenwinkel home—your stylish retreat spread over two floors and featuring a spacious private garden with two water features, located in the “Grachten” new development.

The house offers well-thought-out living comfort with three separate bedrooms: two furnished with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms, each with a shower, and the upstairs bathroom also featuring a bathtub. A special highlight is the additional drink refrigerator in the kitchen-dining area. Insect screens, pleated blinds, and exterior shutters on all windows provide additional comfort.

Two parking spaces are included with the house. In addition, a lockable bicycle garage is available at the house.

Children under 3 years of age stay with us free of charge. Upon request, we’re happy to provide children’s furniture (cot, high chair, changing table) for a fee.

Pets are not allowed in this house.

The booking price includes a linens package for the number of guests booked. This includes bed linens for the number of guests, as well as one shower towel, one hand towel, and one facial towel per person. In addition, one shower mat is provided per bathroom and one tea towel per kitchen.

The accommodation is available to you on the day of arrival starting at 4:00 p.m. Flexible check-in after 4:00 p.m. is possible at any time, as you can simply retrieve the key from a lockbox on the side of the house. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

*The house is located in the Grachten new development area. Please note that construction work may be taking place in the surrounding area.

Einfach nur top… besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Super modern, extrem sauber, top ausgestattet und eine fantastische Einrichtung. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist Greetsiel in 10 minütigen Fußweg erreichbar. Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit Freunden (zu sechst) im Haus. Daumen hoch für diese Unterkunft. Negatives gibt es hier NICHTS!

Super. Uns hat es im Haus Grachtenwinkel sehr gut gefallen. Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung, und Sauberkeit. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Auch die gesamte Kommunikation mit Küstensuites lief super.
