The information given for entry into the apartment was not clear and needs to be more detailed. The neighborhood is not close to main attractions and there are not very many restaurants near it. The tea kettle didn't work and there were no instructions on were to put trash. Also there was trash still in the toilet area. We couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on and it was 30 degrees out side. There wasn't any decent place to get groceries near the apartment. The noise from the sidewalk is very distrubing and loud.

Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that your stay didn't meet your expectations, especially regarding the entry instructions and neighborhood convenience. We appreciate your insights and will work on providing clearer guidance for future guests. We also apologize for the issues with the tea kettle and heating, as we understand how important these amenities are during colder weather. We'll ensure better instructions for trash disposal and address the noise concerns as well. Your feedback is invaluable, and we're committed to making improvements. Rundherum zufrieden

Cons: -
