This small, park-like property, featuring three wooden cabins and a pod sauna in the garden, is located on the outskirts of the tiny village of Brusow, an idyllic hamlet of the small town of Kröpelin in the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea Coast holiday region. 
In the small town of Kröpelin, just 1 km away, there are good shopping options such as supermarkets, butchers, bakeries, and the lovely train station café with a demonstration bakery, as well as the train station, e-bike rentals, doctors’ offices, a dentist, and a hair salon.

Popular destinations such as the nearby Baltic Sea resorts of Kühlungsborn, Heiligendamm, Rerik, and Warnemünde, the cathedral town of Bad Doberan, and the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Wismar can be reached by car in 5–30 minutes or by bus and train from the Kröpelin train station, which is 2 km away. 
The Baltic Sea region is perfect for exploring by bike via bike paths and country roads. E-bike rentals are available in the neighbouring town. Bicycle storage is provided directly at the house on a fenced-in property.

The wooden cottages are all 50 m² in size and vary slightly in furnishings and room layout.
Each cottage features a terrace with furniture, a parasol, and a grill, as well as a free parking space right next to the garden fence. 

The 1,600 m² property features three 50 m² wooden cottages, each offering the highest level of comfort and plenty of space for families. Each house features its own furnished terrace and grill, rustic furnishings, a wood-burning stove as the primary heat source, and underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen area.

The single-story Bine holiday home—with an open-concept living area, a modern kitchen, and a dining table—offers direct access to the sunny terrace overlooking the garden. Two bedrooms on the ground floor provide a peaceful place to rest.
The pod sauna (for a fee) and plenty of space to run around on the property round out the holiday experience. 

Holiday extras available upon request (for a fee):
A pod sauna with an outdoor cold shower is located in the garden and is wood-fired. Use of the sauna is available only to guests of the holiday homes upon reservation for a fee. Use of the washing machines can also be booked as an add-on. Laundry package includes bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and kitchen towels. 

Utility costs: Water, electricity, and heating costs are included in the total price. The main heating source in the holiday home is the wood-burning stove. Gas or electric heating in the living area can be turned on as needed.

The house is all on one level—with an open living area, a modern kitchen, and a dining table, as well as direct access to the sunny terrace overlooking the garden. 
Two bedrooms on the ground floor offer a peaceful retreat:
1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1.40 x 2 m)
2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds (0.80 x 2 m)
Basement sauna and washing machine on the property (bookable for a fee).
1 free parking space at the house and plenty of room on the enclosed property.

Utility costs based on usage: Water, heating, and electricity are included in the travel price or billed based on usage, depending on the booked rate. The main heating source is the wood-burning stove. A gas heater in the living area can be turned on as needed. Use of the washing machine and sauna can be booked upon request.

A log sauna with an outdoor cold shower is located in the courtyard and is wood-fired. 
The sauna is for the exclusive use of guests staying in the holiday homes.
