The "Meerestraum" is an exclusive holiday apartment located on the 8th floor of Haus Berolina, accommodating up to 4 guests. The living and sleeping area features a cozy chaise longue sofa, a TV, and direct access to a furnished balcony with an electric awning. A separate sleeping space provides a bunk bed and additional TV. The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a dining area. The modern bathroom features a spacious rain shower.

Guests can enjoy swimming in the on-site pool (15 m x 8 m, 1.20 m deep), which is exclusively available to guests and owners of the Berolina. Access to shared laundry facilities with washing machines and dryers is available on floors 1 to 4. Please note, this is a non-smoking residence, and pets are not allowed.
