"Ostseegold" Holiday Rental with Balcony in Haus Berolina in Dahme

Keys are picked up from a safe at the Kraushaar Holiday Rentals Service Office, Lange Wiese 4, 23747 Dahme.

With approximately 37 m², this holiday rental is perfect for a holiday for two people. The apartment features a balcony and is located on the 2nd floor of the Berolina apartment complex.

The cosy living and sleeping area is furnished with a fold-out bed (approx. 2x 80x200 cm), a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. The built-in closet offers plenty of space to store your holiday wardrobe. The apartment also features a well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen bar and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the furnished balcony, you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning with a cup of coffee. Wi-Fi is, of course, included.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you right next to the building. Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the ground floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).

Would you like to bring your dog on holiday? One dog is welcome to accompany you for an additional fee.

Die Wohnung an sich ist total in Ordnung. Leider waren in den Betten, in der Dusche, auf dem Esstisch und auf dem Boden sehr viele schwarze Haare. Das war leider echt ekelig. Als wir in die Wohnung kamen lief zudem konstant die Klospülung und das Wasser stand im Waschbecken. Sehr schade war ebenfalls, dass sowohl das Licht am Esstisch, als auch das Licht in der Küche nicht funktionierte, wodurch man im dunkeln eigentlich nichts mehr am Tisch machen konnte.

Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich eine andere Wohnung ohne Schwalbennester genommen, man hätte uns darauf hinweisen müssen. Das war ein großer Minuspunkt und im Badezimmet fehlt eine Steckdose.
