This holiday house for four people measures 80m² and has two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In the kitchen-living room there is air conditioning (for a fee), a dining table and a cosy seating corner with a satellite TV. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine. Central heating is also available.
There is an inviting terrace, as well as a fenced garden. Private parking spaces are provided.
As the owners also have three dogs, pets are welcome. From the house, you can go on walks with your four-legged friends to the river, where they are allowed to go into the water. They are only allowed in the sea in the autumn and winter, or during bad weather in the spring and summer, which is rare though in this region. The landlord lives next door.
The house is located in a Vara tributary valley, halfway to the ancient Tivegna built on the mountain peak. You will find shops in (Pian di) Follo about 3km away, where there are also a bank, a post office, restaurants, tennis courts etc. The nearest bathing possibility is about 2km away in the Vara River. About 10km away there is the tourist resort of La Spezia. This medium-sized harbour town has the only large harbour in Liguria that is protected naturally by the Golfo dei Poeti, forming the border between Liguria and Tuscany. It is a similar distance to the awesome world cultural heritage of Cinque Terre. Portovenere, Lerici, Versilia, Portofino, Sarzana and Carrara are also in the vicinity. You can go biking, riding, climbing, sailing, and even skiing in winter at Passo del Ceretto. The hospitality and the Ligurian gastronomy will make your stay unforgettable.
