Picturesque villa with sea view, private pool, billiards, bikes, table tennis

The villa is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Sveti Lovrec, 14 km from Porec, 8 km from the sea and 20 km from Rovinj. The 250 m² fenced property is well maintained and offers guests a 40 m² pool, a spacious, covered terrace with seating, a brick barbecue, sun loungers and lounge furniture, an outdoor shower and parking spaces. The 180 m² villa for 6 people is spread over two floors and is fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor there is a living room with a lounge suite and fireplace, satellite TV, a dining room with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a double bedroom with shower/WC and a separate toilet. From the ground floor there is access to a large terrace with pool and a marvellous view of nature and the sea as well as the magical sunsets in the evening. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a shared balcony with a seating area and enchanting sea views. The pool is heated outside the summer season for a fee of 150 euros per week and table tennis and billiards are available. Youth groups are not permitted.
The property is 8 km from the beach and 500 metres from the centre. The nearest grocery shop is 500 metres from the holiday property. The surrounding restaurant is 200 metres away.
