The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax is not based on the number of people, guests of the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

We warmly welcome you to our exclusive Nikolaiblick holiday loft in the heart of the Hanseatic city of Wismar. Located in a prime spot in the Old Town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Harbour and Market Square, our approximately 86 m² holiday apartment awaits you. Our two-story loft accommodates 2–4 people and features bright, inviting rooms, as well as tasteful, high-quality furnishings and amenities. The highlight is the breathtaking view from the living room and bedroom of St. Nikolai Church—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—and the Mühlenbach canal.
The Hanseatic city of Wismar is known for its diverse cultural offerings, including exhibitions, concerts, city tours, Brick Gothic architecture, and much more.
