Location

We warmly welcome you to the modern Apartment No. 10 in the Witthus, which was freshly renovated in 2019. The building is located at Hansastr. 8 in Scharbeutz, just about 100 metres from the beach.

This is the perfect place for you if you’re looking for a central location close to the beach. Just a few steps away, you’ll reach the centre of Scharbeutz with its beautiful stretch of dunes and many restaurants and shopping options. There’s also a bakery for your morning rolls just a few steps from the house.

The medical centre is about 450 metres away, and the supermarkets are about a 5-minute drive away.

Look forward to an apartment furnished with great attention to detail! The apartment was completely renovated and refurnished in 2019. With approximately 60 square metres of living space, this 2-room apartment offers plenty of room for 4 people.
If you’re planning a Baltic Sea holiday with a larger family or group of friends, the neighbouring apartment, No. 9, is also available for rent.

The holiday apartment itself is located on the 2nd floor of the building, which you can easily reach by lift. The living room features a comfortable sofa set that converts into a bed (sleeping area of 160x200 cm with a proper mattress and slatted frame), as well as a flat-screen TV, a cosy dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. You’ll also find a filter coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The separate bedroom in the Scharbeutz holiday rental is furnished with a double bed (160x200 cm, 2 single mattresses), a second flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. To ensure a restful night’s sleep, the living and bedroom areas of the holiday rental can be darkened using blackout curtains.

The modern, stylishly designed bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet.

The furnished balcony, facing southeast with a side view of the sea, rounds out this beautiful Scharbeutz holiday rental. Here, you can enjoy the sun almost all day long.

Special Features

Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The washing machine and dryer are located in a shared laundry room in the basement and are equipped with coin-operated metres.

An underground parking space is reserved for your car. Please note that this is a double parking space and only cars with a maximum height of 1.50 m can park there. Taller cars would have to be parked on the street or in public car parks.

There is a storage area for your bicycles inside the underground garage (no separate room).

This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Dogs and pets in general are not allowed.
The apartment is equipped with basic supplies: one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a dish sponge, a dishcloth (not a kitchen towel), and four dishwasher tablets (provided the accommodation is equipped with a dishwasher).
