Ostfriesische Herrlichkeit 1, a beautiful vacation rental with a garden, sauna, and hot tub

Our brand-new holiday rental, “OSTFRIESISCHE HERRLICHKEIT,” is located on the historic, cobblestone-paved Alte Poststraße in the town of Dornum.

**FREE BED LINEN & TOWELS, NO ADDITIONAL FEES**

This is Apartment No. 1 on the ground floor. There are 3 additional apartments available. This apartment accommodates 4–6 people.
There are a total of 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double bed (box spring). The smaller bedroom has a bunk bed; the bottom bunk is approximately 130 cm wide and the top bunk is approximately 90 cm wide. There is an additional sofa bed in the living room. Basic amenities are provided, including bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels.

A built-in sauna is available for free private use year-round.

In your own, fully fenced-in garden (where dogs can run freely), you’ll find a hot tub for free use, inviting seating areas, and play facilities for children.

We’ve especially thought of your four-legged friends. Everything is prepared for them (dog bowls, dog blanket). Up to 2 dogs are welcome. We charge a flat fee of 39.95 per dog.

The area around Dornum is perfect for great walks, bike routes, beaches, mudflat hikes, recreational activities, and much more. We’d especially like to highlight the unique central location. From the property, you can reach the nearest restaurant in just 1 minute on foot, and several village bakeries and supermarkets are also right around the corner. In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach the Baroque moated castle, originally built in the 14th century.

The apartment comes with its own parking space right next to the building. Additional parking spaces with charging stations for electric cars are available.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung mit viel Platz. Der gemütliche Garten ist eingezäunt und ideal,um in Ruhe unbeschwert die Sonne zu genießen. Die kleine Sauna im Badezimmer ist wunderbar. Der Badetube im Garten lädt zum Chillen ein. Die " Anlaufschwierigkeiten in der Nutzung" werden zeitnah durch die Agentur behoben. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die ebenerdige Dusche ist sehr angenehm. Auch steht ein Trockenraum mit Waschmaschine in der Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die Fußbodenheizung ist angenehm. Hervorzuheben ist auch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung. Trotzdem ist es ruhig,da die Wohnung in 2 Reihe" liegt. Eine Wohlfühloase in Dornum. Auch das Startersets an WC Papier und Geschirrspüler tabs waren sehr hilfreich. Dankeschön
