SPACIOUS HOME NEAR ROCHE HARBOR! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located near Roche Harbor. (Woodhaven)

The living room is open and bright with lots of windows and vaulted ceilings. It is comfortably furnished with a large screen television (with satellite TV service and streaming services) for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

There is an active home- construction site at the entrance of this neighborhood.

The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for preparing meals and has bar seating for 2. The dining area is furnished with a large table that offers seating for 8. If you don't want to watch television or need to do some work on your trip, the family room offers a desk and love seat for reading or relaxing. Enjoy the outdoor air on the paver patio with BBQ and seating for 6.

The upstairs primary suite is furnished with a king bed and has a private deck. The primary bath has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and separate shower. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a two, twin bunk beds and has an adjoining powder room (sink +toilet). The third bedroom is located on the main level and is furnished with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom on the main level, at the entry to the game room.

Have fun in the game room which is furnished with a large screen television for gaming and watching DVDs, an air hockey table and a pool table. This room also has a queen size sofa sleeper. There is a paver patio and French doors to keep you connected to the outdoors. A propane grill and a charcoal grill are set up outside (charcoal is not provided, but propane is).

Venture into Roche Harbor Resort and use the amenities including the playground, or shop, dine, and have a day at the spa. Reuben Tarte Park is about 2 miles away, the Frisbee golf course is about 1 mile away and there are numerous, close by trails to explore.

This house does not have Air Conditioning. A few open windows or doors are adequate to cool the home. The home is also equipped with overhead fans.



This house has good cell phone reception.

The internet / Wi-fi at this house should be sufficient for streaming video, phone calls, remote work and video conferencing.
