Brand-new ground-floor apartment (completion February 2026) in a quiet and excellent location in Greetsiel!

Welcome to the allergy-friendly “Cordula” apartment, which offers space for 2 people in approximately 60 square metres. The spacious living and dining area features a sofa and armchair, TV, games, books, a Bluetooth speaker, and a dining area. You can also step out onto the furnished terrace from here. Adjacent to the dining area is the high-quality kitchen, which is equipped with, among other things, a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, toaster, and hand blender. There is no oven, but there is a microwave and an air fryer. Comfortable underfloor heating provides additional warmth throughout the house.

The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 m x 2 m, separate mattresses), a wardrobe, a desk, a luggage rack, and a steamer; blackout curtains are provided. The bright bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack. In the storage room, you’ll also find a washing machine and a drying rack.

The main windows are equipped with pleated blinds and fly screens. The bedroom has laminate flooring; all other rooms are tiled.

There is a parking space in front of the house. A garden shed with an electrical socket for your bicycles and a wallbox for charging electric cars (upon prior registration and for a fee) are also available.

This apartment is furnished to be allergy-friendly, which is why dogs are not allowed. Smoking is also not permitted in the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi with limited speed via the cellular network is available. We cannot guarantee sufficient speed or unrestricted availability.

The "Friesentraum," “Deichkrone,” and “Platzhirsch” are located in the same building, should you need more space.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing holidays.
