Welcome to “Meeresbrise” – your cozy attic apartment with Baltic Sea charm.
Our family-run Haus Sonnenschein is quietly yet centrally located – just a few minutes from the beach and Binz town center.

The one-room apartment (approx. 28 m²) is located in the attic and accommodates up to four guests.
It features two comfortable sofa beds, a sitting area, and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, two-plate stove, and refrigerator.
Large French windows provide plenty of daylight, and the bathroom has both a shower and a skylight.

Your linen package with bed linen and towels is included.
For longer stays, fresh bed linen and towels can be provided for €16 per person.

The local visitor’s tax is €3.40 per person per day.
Children up to their 3rd birthday and guests with a disability level of 100 are exempt.
