On Wilhelmstrasse—the perfect spot for a stroll—you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, shops, and other shopping options. The House by the Sea is certainly one of the most beautiful villas on Wilhelmstrasse, known for its magnificent seaside resort architecture, and features 8 units.
The spacious Apartment 5 on the ground floor offers you a generous holiday home spanning approximately 59 square metres.
Stylishly renovated, it provides modern comforts in a historic setting.
The apartment features a cosy living area with a couch (sleeps a 3rd or 4th person), a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen, a sunroom with a dining area and lounge corner, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a small separate toilet. The sunroom is accessible from both the living area and the bedroom.
The apartment includes 1 parking space, which is included in the price of the trip. It is located behind the building.
There is also a storage shed for bicycles, handcarts, or beach gear.
Thanks to electrical sockets in the shed, e-bikes can be charged there. 
A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (coin-operated) .

Opening onto the front of the apartment is the wonderful glass-enclosed sunroom, featuring a dining area and a cosy lounge corner. It’s the perfect place to enjoy your holiday with a view!
All windows can be opened, allowing a refreshing Baltic Sea breeze to flow in year-round.
The kitchen at the back is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare the most delicious meals. Thanks to the ceramic cooktop, oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and much more, you can cook, bake, and store your food.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), as well as a flat-screen TV, reading lamps, and nightstands on both sides, and access to the sunroom. Pleated blinds and blackout curtains ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.
A bright shower room with a rain shower and toilet, as well as a smaller toilet with a hand-washing sink, round out the amenities of this comfortable apartment.
